Professional and knowledgeable roofer who you can trust to do the work required I would highly recommend and this is the second time I have used his services. Kept me informed during bad weather delay and turned up when weather improved. Replaced all broken tiles and left sight clean and tidy. The roof looks like new and fixed a leaky gutter as well. He got the job done extremely efficiently and was very helpful with any and all questions. Ben is a poliet, efficient, friendly, informative and tidy worker. His quote was given with a full explanation and detail of the possible issue where damp appeared on the upstairs hall wall between my property and the next after the January storms. Ben visited and took photos of the roof to explain the problem and recommend fix in detail. Of the 4 quotes I got he came across as trustworthy, knowledgeable and at a fair price. The work completed has solve the problem - will certainly use again!
The property has a large roof with angles and gullies, all moss was cleared and an anti-moss treatment applied; the roof was also checked for for loose tiles and faults. The work was carried out on time, efficiently to a high standard and all debris cleaned up. The workers were pleasant and polite and very efficient. I would highly recommend 1st Rate Roofing.
